Brigitte Jackson was arrested at a local grocery store bank counter in Cobb County, GA when she tried to cash in on her faked $94 million tax refund check.  She tried to defraud the government for a mammoth amount, which would easily raise suspicion.

She obviously wasn’t thinking, because how did she expect a grocery store bank to fulfill her $94 million payout.  And she didn’t think that large sum would tip off authorities?  It’s unbelievable what people would do for money.

Jackson’s cousin, Darrius White, has also been charged for filing $99 million in income.  Reportedly, Darrius is still at large and not in custody yet.

Special Investigations Chief Josh Waites told Channel 2. “It doesn’t matter if it’s $94 or $94 million, we’re going to go after you and hold you accountable.”

“They kept calling to check on their refund,” Waites said.

Those phone calls were recorded, and will be used to prosecute the perpetrators. Channel 2 was there to record the whole thing and watch as Brigitte was lead off in handcuffs by officers who staked out the grocery store bank awaiting Brigitte’s arrival.
